This means that your house is for sale but that this is not widely communicated. For example, there is then no listing on Funda.

So how can we still sell the property?
By only offering the house on our own website and approaching candidates we know are interested in a house like yours. We know these candidates from previous viewings or are people who have indicated to us that they are interested in homes for silent auction.
We can also bring the property to the attention of all estate agents. This way, the property is not actively listed on Funda and there is no need for a sign in the garden.
