HIGH5 new-build project: First phase sold out!
The first phase of HIGH5 in Haarlem Zuid comprised the residential buildings Los Angeles, San Francisco and Long Beach. The flats and townhouses in these three buildings have now all been sold and are under construction. The final phase, the second phase, comprises the San Diego and San Jose residential buildings and has now begun.
New construction project Van Delftwijk is completely sold!
The revamped Marsmanplein shopping centre has a beautiful eye-catcher in the form of the Van Delftwijk apartment complex, whose high-rise block is particularly striking.

All flats have now been sold! We attended the official opening of the magnificent Huis van Hendrik new-build project in Haarlem. While enjoying a delicious snack and a drink, today was the official opening of the newly built Huis van Hendrik project. We are proud to have been part of this great success and enrichment for the municipality of Haarlem.

New build Remise Haarlem(2015/2016) has been sold!!!
In Remise Haarlem, four different types of homes will be built. The plan provides for 146 single-family homes ranging from 110 m² to 160 m² surface area (from €350,000 VON), and 58 flats from 47 m2 to 83 m2 (from €135,000 VON). The sale and realisation will take place in phases.
House of Hendrik, Haarlem
On Haarlem's Prins Bernhardlaan, Overspaern sold the 'House of Hendrik', a beautiful complex with bright flats, spacious underground parking and a green courtyard garden.
Van Delftwijk, Haarlem
Near the renovated Marsmanplein shopping centre, Overspaern has sold the Van Delftwijk project. Pleasant spacious flats surrounded by a nice courtyard garden. This beautiful complex is characterised by its fine architecture.
Leonardo Da Vinci complex, Haarlem
This complex was designed by Herman Herzberger. A community school was built on the ground floor, which also houses a day nursery and a playgroup. The upper floors contain maisonettes, spacious corner flats and both three- and four-room flats.
Fort Meerwijk, Haarlem
In the middle of Meerwijk, surrounded by water, lies Fort Meerwijk. A complex with various types of flats and four penthouses. A beautifully tended inner garden has been realised on the inside of the complex, with a spacious car park underneath.
Robert Kochlaan, Haarlem
Several two- and three-room flats have been realised in the former office floors of the existing De Koch apartment complex. Thanks to the enormous glass facades, the old and new buildings blend beautifully into one another.
Villa Tre, Velserbroek
On Westbroekplas lies Urban Villa, a building with a completely unique identity thanks to its slate facades. The complex consists of spacious flats with an underground car park.
Kennemerpark plan, Overveen
This villa park was developed on the former site of the Kennemer Lyceum, entirely in the 1930s architectural style. Several semi-detached, four-under-one-roof and quadrant houses have been built in the plan.
Plan Bloemhof, Bennebroek
On the outskirts of Bennebroek, on the former Geestgronden site, a beautiful new housing estate has been realised: fourteen luxurious semi-detached villas, all with garage. Several senior flats have also been built within the plan. The three luxury residential towers consist of four flats per storey. An additional advantage is that the flats have been developed with a basic care subscription: there is a possibility to expand the service with more care when needed.
'T potlood, Driehuis
This small-scale apartment complex was developed by Woonzorg Nederland. The flats are built for the 50+ target group with a recreation facility on the ground floor.
Plan Groenenhoven, Heemsteede
Between the bulb fields, on the outskirts of Heemstede, a beautiful residential area has been realised. At the edge you will find villas with views over the bulb fields. Furthermore, various types of single-family houses and practice houses have been developed in the project.
Plan Overbos 13, Hoofddorp
On the edge of the Overbos development area, you will find a nice residential area with a wide variety of homes. From single-family houses to semi-detached semi-detached villas and villas with extra practice space for living and working at home: Overbos has it all.
Plan Tubergen, Haarlem
Plan Tubergen is located in the sought-after Koninginne neighbourhood, at walking distance from Haarlem city centre. In this project, you will find single-family houses, practice houses and spacious, luxurious flats.

What an innovative project: an apartment complex where tenants can share a courtyard, central laundry room and cars, among other things. Overspaern rented out this newly built project.
